RETURN POLICY

  1. Size Exchanges: Available within 7 days of order receipt, subject to availability. Please ensure tags remain attached, the product is unaltered, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. Product Exchange: Requests accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Returns/Cancellations: We do not accept returns and cancellations. All sales are final.
  4. Change of mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items solely due to a change of mind.

Handling Damaged Products and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders:

  • If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please email howzthat.in@gmail.com with images and videos within 3 days for prompt assistance.
  • Legitimate complaints will be met with an appropriate solution.

Sales/Promotions:

  • Final sales are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
